Spoke with Justin. He said although, the repairs this business completed look good, and his vehicle was clean, when his wife picked it up, his customer experience was stressful. He got a call saying his vehicle was ready for pick up, and when his wife got there, they did not know where the vehicle was. It turned out the vehicle was not ready, and she had to wait there for 2 hours while they installed a door.
