Jennifer said she was referred by Tyson Ford. She has to go back. They forgot a piece on the rear of her vehicle. She's going back next week to have it taken care of. She said she was satisfied with the person that finally did the estimate. She wasn't happy with the third party adjustor that did an estimate. They never followed up. They never kept appointments. They were a no- show. Their customer service was horrible.
