Spoke with Michael. He said the vehicle was ready about 8 days late because of parts and shipping issues. He said the personnel were not very clear when communicating why the work was taking so long to be completed. He said he felt they had a lot of work to do and a very busy schedule. He would not recommend this business because it is difficult to get to their location, the waiting area was in very poor condition, and the personnel did not explain the repairs to him when he asked them for information. They told him the people who worked on his vehicle were not available. He said he really liked the email updates. The technician did a great job updating the records about the repair process.
