Elizabeth said it took 4 days longer than the promised set date because they did not contact her when the repairs were done. It was done on a Monday and she took the time to contact them on Friday. They told her the repairs were done since Monday. She does not know why she was not kept informed. The reasons mentioned is why she was not satisfied with the communication and why she would not recommend this business.
