Keith said he was not satisfied with quality of the repair because, both, the paint and body work were sloppy. The vehicle was not ready when promised because they had to keep redoing the work due to poor workmanship. He did not specify how long the delay was. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they promised to call him regarding the status of his vehicle, but they never called. He was not satisfied with the estimate because it was way off. He was not completely satisfied with the shop's communication because he always had to initiate contact to get any information. He would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated. He has contacted the business about these issues and is still waiting for a call from them.
