Idrees said he was not happy with the experience because they were not professional. They put the wrong piece for his bumper. They used an after market bumper for the front of his vehicle. There were gaps on it and it was loose. The part they got was not right. He had to go back 3 times because they were trying to get his bumper right. The paint job was not good because it did not match. He had to wait an extra day for his vehicle because they were trying to make the front bumper look right but they couldn't. He was not kept informed during the repair process and he is not sure why. They only called him when his vehicle was ready even though it was not. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because he was misleading and he ordered an after market part for his vehicle to try and save them money. He was not happy by the way they treated him because they were fake. Idrees said he would not recommend them due to his experience and he will never go there again.
