Nouanthong said the facility was not very good at returning her phone calls. She said as many as two days would pass before she would hear from someone. She is a little disappointed with the bumper replacement because the new one is plastic and the paint is a lot lighter in color. If she had known a plastic replacement would be used she would have declined having the work done. She is going to bring her vehicle back in, but she hasn't had a chance yet.
