Dean said he felt they were very efficient. They were the most convenient of the facilities on the list provided by the responsible party's insurance company, and his only complaint was that they were a fair way away. This business did a good job, they were friendly, and everything was clean and very nice on the vehicle when he arrived. Dean said the repair only took a short time, but this business did most of their communicating with the insurance company. The insurance company, Progressive, was a little difficult, but when this business did call and explain things, they were good. He didn't meet the estimator but he got a copy of the estimate, it was thorough, and surprisingly inexpensive for the repairs that were done. Communication was satisfactory but Dean said there was very little of it and mostly done with the insurance company.
