Steven said they were extremely slow. There was a part of the bumper that they overlooked, there was a piece out of place and the bumper is loose. They did not say when the vehicle would be ready, but they had his vehicle for a month. He had to call them for updates and information. He said their communication was not good at all. He was told that the insurance company was holding things up, but the insurance company told him it was this business' fault. He said he doesn't know who to believe. The insurance company prepared the estimate and they underestimated the damage. The people there were nice. He wouldn't recommend this business based on this experience.
