Ed said his vehicle was nine days late because the insurance company took a while to send an adjuster. The communication of this business was not that good because he had to call in to get updates himself. He said there were three brackets missing from his bumper, but this business told him there was never a third. He says he knows there was and feels like he was lied to. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
