Ajay said he purchased his vehicle at this business and he believes the vehicle had major damage from the beginning. The parts that came in were damaged and it took a couple of extra days to get the vehicle. He had to contact the business himself to get any sort of updates. Somehow his vehicle acquired more damage between going from the service department to this business. He never got an answer on how that happened. He is going to contact Honda in California to see if they can help him because he received a defective product from the dealership associated with this business. He was not satisfied with the estimate because the quote went up considerably from the original estimate. He is not sure who is at fault for the estimate change since the vehicle went from the service department to this business. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
