James said he was in a hurry. This was a short 30-minute repair. He had to leave right away after the repair and when he got home, he read the paperwork and found he had been charged for one and a half hours of labor, which he did not appreciate. He chose not to evaluate being kept adequately informed because this was a 30-minute repair. He said he was not happy with the person who did the estimate because of the short length of the repair and the high amount he was charged.
