Customer came in without an appointment complaining about the tire pressure light on for left rear tire. Pressure monitor was not sending out a signal to computer, so the tire monitor had to be replaced first. After replacement of the monitor the system had to be reprogrammed using the dealership computer. The dealer also found that the tire pressure module was weak and needed to be replaced, only found with the use of the dealer computer. He also complained about his time here, we were waiting for parts from the dealer for over 2hrs which owner was aware of. To help resolve this issue the same day we contacted the service manager at Lafferty Chevy for which he did us a special favor and took care of the problem taht day.
