"Jim is a great addition to the Auto Pro Team!"
Really like the addition of Jim to the Auto Pro team. He was super helpful and polite. I had plenty of questions about the work, and phoned several times for updates during the repairs and he always took the time. I am a long-time customer (15+ years!) and the team just keeps getting better.

I was a little disappointed this time. I was in for an inspection. I specifically mentioned to John that I didn't need an oil change. When Jim(?) called to say my car was ready, he said he did an oil change because the car needed it and sometimes Honda's alerts are too far apart in mileage. He also said he flushed the transmission fluid because it was dark. I'm not very knowledgeable about transmission fluid, so I can't say it was needed to pass inspection or not, but I would have liked to option of saying no to the oil change and transmission flushing. Overall, I'm very happy with Auto Pro and have always received good service from them, but I think this time the service was a little over the top. I guess I was expecting to pay around $50.00 to $75.00 for this inspection, and ended up with a bill for $454.00.

Jeffrey said this business got him quickly, diagnosed the problem and gave him pictures of the problem. They looked at the whole vehicle to see if there are any other problems he needs to be aware of and the price was reasonable.
