"Jim is a great addition to the Auto Pro Team!"
Really like the addition of Jim to the Auto Pro team. He was super helpful and polite. I had plenty of questions about the work, and phoned several times for updates during the repairs and he always took the time. I am a long-time customer (15+ years!) and the team just keeps getting better.

Dominic said he took his vehicle to the business, and they did not do anything to help him. One mechanic knew what the problem was and he didn't fix it. Instead, they sent it to another facility. The other facility had his vehicle for four days, they called him, and said his vehicle was running fine when it wasn't. He stated they never kept in touch with him.
