Rich said he will be calling about four new tires soon. He would rather buy tires from this business than at Conrad's or Auto Specialists because this business is small. They are small enough that the personnel can be trusted. Other businesses might question who on their staff installed tires, but not this business. Other places might sell lower grade tires without telling the customer and other business might claim to spin balance the tires, but not really do it because they think the customer will not know the difference. The business has been around for quite a while. Everything has always been done right the first time. They have loaner vehicles at times. Vehicles are ready when they say they will be. The prices are a little bit high, but not exorbitant at all. He said he would rather pay $20 more for this kind of experience than deal with a goof who does not know what he is doing. He said the manufacturer authorized facility's prices would take off his arms and legs.
