"The Best customer service, I won't take my car any where else. "
I've been taking my vehicles to Auto Smart for over 8 years, I've been to both the west and south locations, and my experience when working with the men at Auto Smart has always been top notch. It starts with a phone call and every time there's a chipper happy voice to answer saying AUTO SMART this is...... Scott, Frank, Biff, Zach or Robert. They can usually always get me in that same day when I'm just needing my oil changed. They are honest and usually pretty accurate on the times they estimate it will take. I always bring something to do but I don't think I've ever waited longer than an hour. They will bring to your attention anything they feel is necessary to get fixed or at least get re-addressed in the near future, without pressuring you into more work just to fill the books. One evening a couple days before my Bachelorette weekend Biff was so ingenuitive to get the aluminum plug to my oil pan fixed so I could drive it to Nashville. They saved me a lot of stress, apparently it is a factory defect on my particular car, so now they keep one at the shop just in case it breaks again. Once I was stranded my engine was smoking and they arranged for a toe truck to come get me. I'm telling you the work they do is the definition of service. Thank you guys for all the times you have taken care of my car. I feel safe on the road because I know you have done quality work.
