The computer diagnostic thing on my truck is crap. So the mechanics have to figure out what is wrong by using their own experience and brains. And they do fabulous.
I have asked a couple of time if I have needed specific work done - they don't try to rip me off. If I don't need something done, they don't try to trick me into doing it. They aren't liars and they aren't thieves.
I've moved to a different side of town. I drive to where my guys are because I trust them.
