The manager and mechanic were willing to explain and show us what they did to the vehicle.
This service provider was recommended by a friend, an I would now recommend them to my friends as well. The manager and the mechanic were both very helpful and informative about what they did to the vehicle, and even save the old patrs that were replaced to show and explain why these parts failed. I felt they were honest and did very good work. They provided an accurate estimate and there were not any surprises when I picked up the vehicle and paid the bill.
