Job done well
I needed the transmission replaced in my 14 passenger work van. Since the tranny died terribly on a Friday night I sought a repair shop open on Saturday to at least get the process started, and Auto Team was what I found. They diagnosed the exact problem and gave me an estimate to repair in a timely manner. Unfortunatly, and this is not their fault, the new transmission did not ship to them as scheduled and I lost an extra week waiting on parts. They did however recognize that this is a business vehicle and offered to rent a replacement for me if my ability to do my job was being impacted. Throughout the process they kept me informed and made sure the work was done in a manner that would ensure the warranty on the new transmission would be honored if needed. It was not cheap, but I feel that the work was done rightl.
