Paul's customer service is wonderful. He is always looking out for what's best for you and your car. We couldn't even imagine going to anyone else.

Jacquez said they robbed him and they had his vehicle for 3 months. They didn't get it running and he was told it would cost $1,300 for a timing belt. He was first quoted a price of $300. They were not supposed to do anything without calling him first and he doesn't understand why he owes that money. He already paid $100. He stated he is about to file a lawsuit on them.

 Mr. McShane told us that he wasn't in a rush for the vehicle . The vehicle was brought to Auto Tech in very bad shape , i.e. flat tires ,  vehicle had to be put back together so a proper diagnosis could be made. We got the vehicle to run long enough to see what the vehicle needed. The timing belt was very noisy and needed to be replaced , I recommended a complete service . I called Mr. McShane with an Estimate I was told that he would get back with me. Upon not hearing from him I proceeded to call several times always getting his mother on the phone , always asked for him to get in contact with me. this went on for 2 months . I also advised the mother if i didn't hear from him i would be sending the vehicle to a storage lot. The $300 wasn't a quote it was a deposit that was needed for the parts and the $100 was a deposit for diagnostic .

Lisa said this business has always been good. They are honest, tell the customer up front what is going on with the vehicle and how much it will cost before touching the vehicle. She would especially recommend this business if Paul is on schedule because he explains everything to customers and even herself, a woman at 73 years old, can understand. She has had no problems with this business.
