"A/C working well"

"Appreciate the Accountability"
I had 4 new tires put on in May. One developed a slow leak I did not notice and then another developed a very fast leak in August. I took the car back to get them checked and Tony said the stems were leaking. Auto Tech replaced them free of charge and took responsibility for the issue. I also had an oil change. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. I appreciate the fact that Auto Tech took responsibility for the issue and took care of it. This is a trait I look for in people and one that is sorely missing in business these days. Thanks for fixing the issue and getting it done right this time.
