"Reliable, dependable, honest, good work"

Francine said she went to this business for the first time for her most recent service visit. She explained the rear lights of her vehicle wouldn't go off, and she brought her vehicle in on July 3, 2012. Francine mentioned the owner was so nice. He temporarily fixed the lights because the part he needed wouldn't come in until July 6, 2012. Francine commented the owner never charged her, was very kind, and he was accommodating. She added, she appreciated what he did for her, and she will go to him in the future for services.

"Great Customer Service! "
Jeff and Keith always make me feel great, and make sure I'm taken care of. They are very friendly and actually care about you as a person, not just some random person. My family has had Jeff as a mechanic for quite some time, for a reason. He is trustworthy, reliable and will always help you to the fullest. Thanks guys!

"Even quick fixes"
Totem Lake's Auto Medics not only has saved us thousands in repairs over quotes from dealership service departments, they are also very fair and quick to help even with just the changing of a fuse. At a dealership, it would cost you a minimum of $169 to "find" the problem, and $50+ to change the fuse. Auto Medics charged $22 to figure out why the dash light wasn't working and replace a fuse.
