Debbie said she had an appointment with this business at 2:00PM, she dropped her vehicle off and left. A few days later she called and left a message to check up on the status of her vehicle but did not receive a timely response. She stated it turned out she accidentally dropped the vehicle off at a wrong business, which is her own fault but it would have helped if an employee from Automedics called her back to let her know they did not have it. She claimed the vehicle is running great now and the did a great job.

Miranda said this business was not clear about charging her for her inspection. They told her they wouldn't charge her, but they did. They spent a lot of time talking about her vehicle and she spoke with two different people, so they had a miscommunication on the charges. They were pricier than anticipated, but she was happy with them and they were nice. She said she did not feel intimidated by them because they were friendly and nice. They were thorough with her vehicle and explaining everything. With her economic background, she cannot afford them, but she enjoyed working with them.
