Dennis said he brought his vehicles to this business four years ago and was pleased with the experience. Recently though, he came in for a brake repair that was not done correctly, so he had to return. On another visit, they kept the key for his lug nuts, which Dennis had to return to pick up. He appreciates them for their honesty.

Spoke with Charlene. She said this business had the vehicle sitting all day and when she called at 4:30 pm the vehicle was not done yet. He was told it would be done by 5:00 pm. When she arrived at 4:50 pm, the vehicle was done. The business charged her $135 for an hours worth of work.

Efforts are typically made to diagnose problems early in the day in hopes that should parts be required to complete the job we are able to get the parts ordered and to us as soon as possible.  Even when parts arrive late in the day we still strive to get our customers back on the road the same day if possible.  Charges on our invoices do include diagnostic time and actual labor, plus parts.  A better explanation of the charges on our invoice would have been helpful in this instance and this critic will be taken to heart.

Veronica said her vehicle still isn't fixed. She mentioned she had a transmission service done and it is now squeaking. She will not recommend the business because they don't have good hours and don't offer loaner vehicles.
