Donald said he was pleased with the service he received. However, there are a couple things he would have liked the business to have done a little better. The turnaround time in which he received his vehicle back could've been a little better. His vehicle still has a small oil leak. The business told him this was indicative of the type of vehicle he has. They were able to seal the leak, but not stop it completely. Despite this, he has no problem with Tim, the service manager. He has worked very closely with him in the past, and will continue to bring his vehicle back there to have work done in the future.
