"everyone is friendly and professional. even the cashier, who kept checking on me to see if i needed anything. I enjoy going there, although I'm not crazy about having to pay the bill. lol"
This place is great, awesome group of folks. They always make me feel at home. Been going there for about 3 years and never ever had a problem with any services they have done. I would suggest you stop in and see for yourself. I thought customer service was dead but not here it isn't. Thanks again for taking such good care of my car.

"Trying to get info on my car and only having the service tech being the only one who can confirm if it is done, when is is to busy to call back."
You need to develop a way that someone can see if a customers car is ready and not have to wait over two hours for an answer.

"Good service, communication breakdown"
Great service as always, but service advisor did not keep me up to date. work wasn't started until 8 hours after I dropped it and I had to pick it up the next day for pretty routine little maintenance items.

The service adviser Fred was great, but it seems Hyundai in general isn't being as on proactive as we thought they would be. It seems Hyundai is more concerned about getting 5 stars. Fred is the only reason I rated as high as I did.
