I was welcomed immediately as I drove up in Service lane. My service coordinator came out immediately thereafter. He explained what was to be done to my vehicle that day. I waited comfortably in a well appointed seating area. My work was done in a timely manner. The whole experience was as pleasant as can be expected when repairs are needed on your vehicle.

I will ONLY bring my Hyundai to this dealership for service. They have consistently offered me the best in customer service and in a timely way. Hi Hyundai,

As always you are the people I trust to keep my car in a safe condition, that is my life and you do that job in the best way that I have experienced in the car industry. Maybe I don't have the same issues as other customers, but for me you are the ones I trust and I am very satisfied with my experience. That remains true from the day me and my family bought that car used for me to use for my journey through college, all the way until today.

I am now finishing a Master's degree in Nursing Science, becoming a prescriber, and studying team building, quality, and safety, six sigma (Toyota's model). As always Donna you guys are delivering fantastic service and building a trust that I truly appreciate, you simply cannot do any better.

I'll take the survey when it comes but I wanted to thank you for going out of your way to match tires and do everything you could to increase my feeling of your use of safe practices. really outstanding great job as usual, Amanda and Donna you rock!
