Tried to make it right with customer by refunding his money. His preception was we only took 5 min on the vehicle, when in fact he came in 3 times near closing time and we spent way more time than that on the vehicle. He also did not realize all the time the service writer spent to try in get the right part for the vehicle. He was quoted a price and agreed to the price. I do realize that the final fix only took 5 min and that is why I offered to refund his money but we did spend a lot more time on his vehicle than he realizes!!
