After inspecting the vehicle we found that the customer had the wrong spark plugs installed (done prior to bringing the car to Autoville) which was one of the issues. We corrected the issue and proceeded to diagnose the car for the original problem. We found bad injector "O" rings and customer was notified, quoted a price and scheduled to bring vehicle back for the repairs. Customer never showed for scheduled repairs. The customer received charges for initial diagnostics and replacement of spark plugs. End result is customer left knowing he needed to return vehicle for scheduled pending repairs.
