Sorry Darrell for the concern with this appointment. I truely believe this punch in the gut is out of line. The oil drain plug was leaking, this was a result of past service, the drain plug gasket was groved from over torquing, we put plug & gasket back in groove & all is well, oil level checked full. Again We apologise. You visited our shop 4/25/2013 and last Friday, both for a *FREE* Welcome Wagon Service. I feel that anyone, who is this ungratefull, has issues beyond my services.
