Michele said the AC wasn't cooling and they didn't fix the problem so she had to take it back a week later, and they kept it a day and said they'd fixed it. Her son had the vehicle and she got it back 4 days later, but it stopped cooling. She returned to this business and they said a part went out, which was just a coincidence. The part came in the next day, but that was another $150, but now it's making a strange sound like the fan is ticking against something. Michele stated she thinks they're honest but she's not happy and it's quite a strange coincidence a part went wrong after they worked on it, and now a 2nd part might be needed. It's up to $1,200 now and for that she could have replaced the whole thing. Michele was very happy this business got her in so quickly. She called late in the day, around 3 PM, and they got her in the same day. Michele stated she thought it was a Friday, too, so she was pleased with that. She used this business based on what people from church told her, and they're probably right, but it's just frustrating.
