My a/c started making a grinding noise, and I was able to drop it off at B&B that day. I left it overnight and the next afternoon they had replaced the condenser fan motor and were done. The following day, there was a quiet noise coming from the a/c, and I realized it was just a leaf stuck in the fan where I couldn't reach. I took it back to them, and they were able to see me right then and get it fixed. Fast service and very friendly, honest people!
