Luckily I didn't have a large (and expensive) problem. Regardless, the woman I spoke to before I brought my car in, who also checked me out was thoughtful, caring and explained everything. Then, the dude who called me to tell me what happened was also great. I always prefer to support local and when they're also cheaper, friendlier and more professional then the dealer then it's a no brainer. Thank you B&G!!
