Stephanie said her vehicle was three business days later than promised because the insurance company did not tell the business about the trailer hitch needing to be replaced. She also was not kept informed and she had to call for updates on her vehicle. The business stated that there was a form that was going to be left for her but when she got to the business there wasn't one, so she did not know what to fill out. She did mention that the guy she worked with was super nice and when they did not meet the deadline, they were very apologetic.
