Janice said her mechanic recommended them. The lady in the office was very proficient in her job. Janice didn't have an appointment. She came in right off the street. The lady had a rental vehicle for her and she was ready to go in 20 minutes. The business was clean and neat. They were great. She had coffee that spilled all under her car seats that was caused by the accident. She asked this business if they were able to get under the seats and where ever else the coffee had spilled. They said they have used Car Toys and could have them clean it up. They did. They went over and beyond cleaning it up. Car Toys made this business look good. She appreciated their effort as well. She had a good experience at this business. They took good care of her. She recommends both business'
