Amy said her license plate was damaged, but it wasn’t covered in her estimate. She wished the business had told her what she needed to do to get the license plate repaired. She added that she had some damage to her fender, but because she didn’t notice it until after the work was completed she was unable to ask if it was on the estimate. This business could work to be more thorough when making sure all the damages are repaired, or explain why when they are not.
