Ashawnti said the salesman lied to her. He told her if she put $1,400 more down her payments would go down to $160 a month. The manager was a nice guy but told her the salesman did not know what he was talking about and that was a mistake. She said she did not know how a salesperson could make a mistake like that. Everyone else at the business was excellent. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.

Gaynell said there wasn't much of an vehicle selection to choose from. The process of the paper work was very long, she arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 4pm. The men who detailed her vehicle took longer than expected. She didn't like how they continued to try and upscale the amount of her down payment. The salesman were very nice.

Renetta said it took her a couple of days to decide what she wanted to do and they were very patient with her. They made her feel amazingly comfortable, like she could stop in and say hello when she goes to get service. They were also able to talk about other things besides the vehicle. She mentioned she loves her vehicle.
