Sherry's oil pressure switch was leaking and was replaced on Tuesday.  The leak was not a result of the oil change.  Her van is fixed and all is well.

James said they told him the price for the work to be performed would be $623. When he arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was $795. They never contacted him about the price increase or gave him a reason for it.

sorry it took two days to get it back. We are shorthanded due to an injured employee, and had tons of appointment commitments ahead of you. We do the best we can!

Thomas said he has been going to this business for 10 years and every time he goes into this business he fills up his coolant for his windshield wipers. He mentioned that every time he does this, this business charges him a dollar. He got his water pump replaced because this business informed him that it was leaking. He told this business that he had got it replaced from a friend and this business again informed him that his water pump was leaking and he needed a new one after he had already replaced it. He said he would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated.

Tom - if we had an estimate on the computer that your water pump was leaking and you had someone else do it, how are we supposed to know that unless we recheck it? I'm a little shocked to hear you stopped coming in because we have an old estimate in the computer. And if you add your own washer fluid, why didn't you just tell me? I don't get it - Leo
