Johnny said the only thing he was not happy with was the length of time it took. It took 1 week longer than promised because they were not happy with everything the first time. He did appreciate the quality control but he was paying out of pocket for the rental vehicle.

Spoke with Phyllis. She said the repair was done in a timely manner. She was somewhat satisfied with the communication, but not completely because it was a little hard to get in contact with the person doing the repair, but she managed to talk to him on her third call. She appreciates being treated with respect and understanding.

Rob said the personnel did a good job. His vehicle was not ready when promised. They kept his vehicle for 26 days and they gave him different reasons why they had to keep the vehicle. He was told there was a parts delay, but there were other issues. He chose not to elaborate.

Cheryl said there is bubbling in the paint work. She said she will have to return to have it looked at. The vehicle was about 1 week late because of the holidays. She said it did not bother her because she had a rental vehicle. The business only called at the end of the repair process. She had to call her insurance adjustor to find out how the repair was going. She said the communication could have been improved. The quality of the body work and the overall repair was good because the front end of the vehicle was very heavily damaged.
