Jason said the repair took too long. He said the work took a month and a half because of parts acquisition and a need for a number of replacement parts. He said they did not set a due date. This business did not call to inform him about the delays and he had to call for all the updates. He said the business called only when the vehicle was finished. He said Sonja was helpful.
