Joel said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because there are scratches in the paint around the corners of the vehicle and around the back bumper, which was the whole reason his vehicle was at this business. His vehicle was ready two days later than promised and he was not given a reason for the delay. He was not kept informed and he did not have any communication with this business because the facility where he purchased the vehicle was handling everything for him.
