Marsha said they didn't finish working on her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is some wind noise coming from the back window on the passenger's side and she is taking the vehicle back. There was no promised time for the vehicle to be ready. The regular estimator was not available and she was not completely satisfied with the estimator on duty because he wasn't very informative and he didn't explain everything.
