Spoke with Lora. Lora said the repair service was definitely completed on time as promised. They were definitely kept informed during the repair process, and it was so cute too. Her mom is in her 60's, and she had never received a text message regarding her vehicle before. As a result of the first text message, she started looking forward to the next text message. Then, 1 day the business sent her a text stating her vehicle was happy to be at the business. Her mom stated, no her vehicle needs to be happy at home. Her mom and dad, they were both definitely very satisfied with the way they were treated by the shop. The business had a bilingual representative available to speak with her dad, which was nice because he doesn't speak any English. They already recommended the business to her brother. They advised him not to go anywhere else for repair services. The representatives were very professional and friendly. They were very pleased with the representative who handled their repair service. The representatives showed the work completed on their vehicle, and they blended the paint very well too.
