Robert said they did a good job on the quality of the repair. He was not kept informed well because he never knew what was going on and he had to call them to find anything out. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because they did not find everything that was wrong with his vehicle and his vehicle was very late. He was not satisfied with the shops communication because he was never contacted.
