Recall fix
All in all, BH did a great job on fixing the recall issue. They were friendly, busy, seemed to be organized, busy, treated me courteously. I would recommend them if own a Hyundai. and have $.
However, I did my research before hand and was lead to believe that I was going to get the stalling issue fixed, which was the recall that I found via the internet. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly told that my stalling issue was not an open case recall, but replacing the exhaust manifold was. So, they had to do that work, because they could not let the car go knowing it was in recall for this. So what about the stalling issue, it was a recall I just can't figure out when it was open and when it closed. Stalling out while driving down a busy street like Murray Blvd poses a dangerous situation, this happens everyday on my daily trip to work and back, (mostly back after it has warmed up and sat in traffic a few times). I would think they could at least tell me what part is causing this so I could fix it myself. NO because they want to make $ off of me that I don't have......

Thank you for your online review and thank you for taking the time to speak with me over the telephone today so that we could try to help figure out what your vehicle issues were being caused by.  Like I said on the phone, I would be happy to install the suspected sensor at no charge if you purchase it.  I have often found the difference in successful businesses is to not worry about the money as much as worrying about taking care of the customer first, everything else will take care of itself after that.  I look forward to helping you resolve this issue.
