Angela said the service was very good and the staff was very charming. The waiting room is located close to the parking lot. The toxins were so bad that she had to take a walk in the rain just to get away from it. The waiting room was very cold as well.

"Honest and Helpful"
Becka is a trustworthy family business and everything that has been done on our vehicles has been great. The only thing that would make things even better is if they wiped down the small amount of grease that sometimes gets in the car from mechanic/test drives. Our previous autoshop used to use paper on the seats and mats to prevent this but sometimes unavoidable (and washed car). Dan is a big asset to this business and the owners are very kind.

I have a 2007 Jeep Commander and had always taken it to a local Jeep Dealership for service and anything else. Trying to support small businesses in my community, I found Becka Automotive. Went for regular maintenance (oil change, etc...) and was satisfied with service. Comfortable short wait and great people. A drivers seat side panel was broken and I wanted it fix or replace. Dan ordered it and came in for replacement in 2 days. It took less than 30 minutes and done with a satisfactory total charge. I will go back for next services. Makes one feel good to serve the local community and the feel of TRUST with Becka Automotive is a plus!.

"Very happy"
Dan the manager was great! I had to replace my Starter. The price was in the range I expected. But they went above in showing me a photo of my engine where I was missing a couple of important bolts.
They replaced them without charges since I needed them.
Dan was right - the clutch had been slipping and I am driving with more confidence. Thank you. UNfortunately, I will need to take my car back for some additional work that Dan had pointed out. But now I have found a place that is convenient and I trust. Thank you for the great service.
