Tami said Bruce was attentive and patient with her questions. She said the repair was not as straight as she thought it would be. They told her the repair would be completed on Thursday, but it was not finished until the following Tuesday because they had to order parts. She had to rent a vehicle and liked that she was able to do it at the business.
