Schilene said she is always missing something after she gets her vehicle back from this business lately. There was something missing on the back door of her vehicle after this visit. She said she used to be happy with them, but lately she has been having this issue with them. Everything else there is fine, but they forgot an important item on her back door and it does not open the same anymore. She said this is the second time she has had this issue and she said she feels like she is wasting her time. Her vehicle was late by about a week and half over a parts delay. When they called her about this delay, they told her they would give her $100 credit but she never got the credit. She has been with them for over nine years and is still content with them.
