Schilene said the person that dealt with the insurance was horrible. She mentioned that she has been a customer for 5 years and she will not go back due to that individual. She added that the lady talked rudely to her and acted like she was running her home. The supervisor was nice and sweet. She said that the only problem she had with him is that he would not get up and intervene when he saw the situation. She mentioned that because of this lady they are losing customers that have been there for 5 years.
