Rulai said the business kept pushing back his promised time. They told him the repair would only take 12 to 15 days to complete but it ended up taking almost 45 days and he was not given a reason for the delay. The business is very unorganized and they did not have very good communication with him. They told him he would get a call every week to keep him updated on the status of his vehicle but they did not call him. When he picked up his vehicle he noticed there is a very strong odor inside and the smell makes him sick if he drives for an extended period of time. He said the business is very nice and they sound very professional.
